  • 90 Minutes to explore beyond the binary: physical, emotional, energetic elements with embodiment

  • 90 minutes to expand our understanding of orgasmic energy. Exploring scientific, historical, cross-cultural, emotional, & spiritual elements of orgasm.

  • Bring deeper presence in your pelvic bowl and ground in your root. Move through connecting with your pelvic bones, muscles, ligaments, energy centers. Explore pelvic breathing and pelvic floor movement practices and open space for what comes up.

  • A 3 month journey in community to go through a portal for personal intention, healing, & re-birth through your mind/body/spirit guided by your desire to get pregnant.
